רקע על קורס אומנויות לחימה – בסיס

אומנות לחימה היא מיומנות גופנית נרכשת שעיקרה שיפור יכולת הלחימה בשעת קרב פנים אל פנים ,אך מקיימת ערכים מוספים ,כגון ערך אומנותי, יכולת שליטה בגוף, שיפור היכולות התודעתיות וכדומה.

התוכנית מיועדת לכל העוסקים בהדרכת באומנויות לחימה השונות שאינן מוכרות   SportAccord, כגון  : הגנה עצמית, קרב מגע, הישרדות , קפואירה, לחימה משולבת וכד.

מטרת קורס אומנויות לחימה היא להכשיר מדריכים לאומנויות לחימה עם ידע מקצועי רחב בנושאים כגון מדעי הספורט, טכניקה אישית, טקטיקה אישית, מתודיקה, בטיחות באימונים, הכנה גופנית לילדים ,כושר גופני  שיטות הדרכה ואימון .

הקורסים במרכז האקדמי לוינסקי-וינגייט מכשירים מדריכים בהתמחויות שונות של אומנויות לחימה. הקורס מתקיים על פי תכנית הלימודים של מנהל הספורט

ראש התחום:

אבי אביסידון - ראש תחום אומנויות לחימה במרכז האקדמי לוינסקי-וינגייט 

היקף הלימודים:

• 50 שעות לימודים עיוניים במדעי הספורט (עפ"י הענף הנבחר)
• 117-148  שעות  לימוד בתורת הענף של אומנויות הלחימה (עפ"י הענף הנבחר)
• קורס עזרה ראשונה בהיקף 28 שעות.

 

תוכנית הלימודים בקורס אומנויות לחימה:

• תוכנית הלימודים נקבעה בהתאם להנחיות מנהל הספורט
• נושאי הלימוד בפרק העיוני ( מדעי הספורט)  :
• אנטומיה, פיזיולוגיה , תורת האימון, פסיכולוגיה
• רפואת ספורט, תורת האימון, פסיכולוגיה של הספורט

נושאי הלימוד בפרק הענפי:

אימון ילדים, אימון מדריך, דמות מדריך אומנויות הלחימה, התפתחות השיטות השונות, שיטות אימון והדרכה , אימון המדריך, בטיחות באימונים , דרישות מעבר דרגה  באומנויות לחימה, אתיקה מקצועית, חוקה וארגון תחרויות עיוני/מעשי.

במהלך הקורס תידרש התנסות בהדרכת אומנויות לחימה שונות )סטאז')

הסמכה:

בוגר קורס שיעמוד בהצלחה במבחני הגמר ולאחר שהשלים את מחויבותו לביצוע הליך ההצמדה סטאז' כמפורט בתכנית הענפית, יקבל תעודת "מדריך באומנות לחימה-בסיס" ורשאי להדריך בשיטות לחימה שאינן מוכרות ב Accord  Sport

תעודת ההסמכה תינתן רק לחניך בעל תעודת מגיש עזרה ראשונה בהיקף 28 שעות לפחות  שהיא בתוקף נכון למועד מתן תעודת ההסמכה

תנאי קבלה לקורס אומנויות לחימה:

• המועמד הינו בוגר כיתה י' ויציג אישור -בהתאם מבית ספרו ובעל רקע וניסיון מוכח בענף הנלמד כנדרש בתנאי הקבלה המופיעים בתכנית ההכשרה ויציג אישור בהתאם מהמועדון/מכון בו התאמן
• תעודת סיום הקורס תוענק לחניך שמלאו לו 16 שנים
• ראיון אישי ומבחן מעשי

• אישור רפואי המעיד על בריאות תקינה, ועל כשירות לעסוק בפעילות גופנית

Martial Arts Instructor and Coaches Programs

The programs are offered for Instructors and Coaches in various fields of Martial Arts. The aim is to expand their knowledge and acquire tools that will improve their teaching skills in the field of Martial Arts.  

Qualification & Training Program for Instructors

• Theoretical  Studies - Total 60 hours
• Sciences - Total 60 hours
  • Anatomy of the Human Body - 15 hours
  • Physiology - 15  hours
  • Theory & Methodology of Training - 15 hours
  • Psychology in Sport - 15 hours
• Practical  Workshop -  Total 140 hours + 28 hours First Aid According to approved programs for the various disciplines of Martial Arts

All programs will include the above-mentioned subjects in addition to the specific courses for each approved discipline of Martial Arts in the Academic College.

 

Qualification & Training Program for Coaches

Semester I:

• Theoretical  Studies - Total 156 hours
• Sciences - Total 60 hours
  • Anatomy of the Human Body - 15 hours
  • Physiology - 15  hours
  • Theory & Methodology of Training - Part 1 - 15 hours
  • Training Children - 15 hours

Semester II:

• Sciences - Total 96 hours
  • Psychology in Sport - 15 hours
  • Nutrition for Sport - 15  hours
  • Sports Injury - 15 hours
  • Kinesiology - 15 hours
  • Development of Strength and the Operation of a Fitness gym - 20 hours
  • Theory & Methodology of Training - Part 2 - 16 hours

Practical  Workshop - Total 195 hours and a written thesis of 2500 words on a subject to be approved by the College.

All programs will include the above-mentioned subjects in addition to the specific courses for each approved discipline of Martial Arts in the Academic College.

 

Terms of Admission

The candidate must be at least 16 years of age and hold a Black Belt Degree from a reputable organization in one of the known Martial Arts.

In fields of Martial Arts that do not have a curriculum as a standard of proficiency, the candidate must have at least 5 years of practical experience in the field he wants to graduate from.

The acceptance to the program has to be approved by Head of the Martial Arts disciplines in the Academic College,  Mr. Avi Abeceedon, based on the relevant documentation provided by the candidate. A medical health certificate has to be provided with the application.

 

Head of the Martial Arts Disciplines in the Academic College - Avi Abeceedon

Mr. Abeceedon coordinates all aspects of Martial Arts programs at The Academic College. In this capacity, he conducts annual and condensed courses for Instructors, Coaches, and Senior Coaches.

Bio

Avi Abeceedon has been practicing Krav Maga and Krav Magen for over 44 years. In 1978, He was awarded his first Black Belt in Krav Maga by the founder of Krav Maga’s top student at the time and founder of K.A.M.I. (Israeli Krav Magen Association), Mr. Eli Avikzar. Currently Avi holds the rank of tenth (10th) Dan. He served as Vice Chairman of K.A.M.I for 15 years. After the death of the founder, Mr. Abeceedon was appointed Head and Chairman of K.A.M.I worldwide. Avi coordinates all aspects of the Martial Arts programs at the Wingate College for Physical Education and Sports which includes all recognized Martial Arts. In this capacity, he runs yearly and condensed courses for coaches, instructors and senior coaches. Mr. Abeceedon is a certified Krav Maga and martial arts instructor and coach. He received his senior teacher diploma from the Wingate College for Physical Education and Sports. During his extensive military service (including active and reserve service), Mr. Abeceedon served as the Deputy Head of the Krav Maga section of the Israeli Defense Forces, and then furthered his scope to take charge of the Israeli Naval Commando Elite force in tactical and combat self-defense. During that period he also trained a number of other elite units in the field of Krav Maga. Since 1992, Mr. Abeceedon has been the Head of the Tactical and Combat Self Defense section of the largest school for training security guards in Israel, which has the official approval of the Ministry of Police. In addition, Avi is a professional advisor to the Israeli Army, Police and other government agencies on unarmed combat, as well as certain other National Defense groups.

During 1992-1996, Mr. Abeceedon commanded 25 instructors who taught and trained security guards for all of the educational institutions in Israel. He also gives seminars to female instructors that teach self-defense in Israeli schools.

Since 2002, Mr. Abeceedon has coordinated all Krav Maga courses for security guards for the Ministry of Transportation, the Port Authorities in Haifa and Eilat, the Ministry of Postal Services and the Israeli College for Security and Investigation. He is involved in preparing personal security for dignitaries and political persons both in Israel and abroad.

Mr. Abeceedon is currently in charge of reorganizing the Instructor Program for Security and Self-Defense in the Department of Prisons, which includes training officers in the various facets of self-defense.
